On arrival found drain line broken, disconnected from wall. Pulled drain line out as far as I could from wall with pliers and reattached outdoor drain line. The drain line is trapped outside, with the line being separated at the wall there was no trap causing water to flow backwards into float switch. Cleared drain line and treated with drain solve. Also performed full inspection and found capacitor testing outside a plus or -6% manufactures range. Replaced capacitor today, system is operating normally at this time. Thank you
