Client stated on the Honeywell app for his tstat he would at random lose connection to his main tstat but not for the second systems tstat. On arrival tstat was set to 76 and the home was at 76. Checked over ac system for operation. Found a small trace of dye on the service valve cap for the heat pump, tightened schraider on heat pump service valve. Flushed the drain. Checked drain safety switch. System is operating normally and has been since at the house.
