I found the aux pan completely filled with rusty water and it kept tripping the float Switch. The. Last tech left the coil door half way open and someone prior have bent the 5 inch filter door . Due to the damage the door won’t fit correctly and the attic air in being sucked into the system causing the system to sweat badly and fill the aux pan up with water. I recommend a small installer return to see if he can fix and correct the filter door. It’s located upstairs in the attic and it’s a very tight fit. This was a warranty call from either Bill or the installers.
