Professional

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the Academy team. Terry Silverstein gave us a very thorough survey of needs and realistic estimate of what we needed to do to update our aging HVAC system. Our installation crew led by Steve Morff was prompt and worked hard all day(outside in the rain, too) to make sure our new equipment functions flawlessly. The crew was friendly and always had time to answer my questions throughout the day. Cleanup was done well.
