Mike did an excellent job of checking our furnace system, explaining to us exactly what was wrong with it & why it needed to be turned off due to it being hazardous and what to do going forward. I performed a precision tune up on the furnace. This furnace was in poor condition. I do not believe this furnace has ever had maintenance. I checked all electrical components, gas pressure, operations and all safties. I also cleaned and waxed the furnace. Other than being dirty the furnace is working good at this time.
I performed a precision tune up on the heating system. I serviced the humidifier and replaced the pad. I also checked all electrical components on the furnace, gas pressures, operations, safties, and cleaned and waxed the system. Everything is looking and working good at this time.
32 point precision tune up performed on a Carrier furnace in St. Peters, Missouri.
I performed a precision tune up on the heating system. I replaced the furnace filter, checked all electrical components, gas pressure, set up humidifer, replaced the pad, and cleaned and waxed both the furnace and humidifier. Everything is looking and working good at this time.
I repaired a state water heater. I throughly cleaned it and found a gas pressure issue. Client needs to call the gas company. They currently have hot water.

This client understood and said she has been experiencing headaches. I informed her it was probably from carbon monoxide. I new furnace is bad news for the check book but good news for health of this client
