Mike did an excellent job of checking our furnace system, explaining to us exactly what was wrong with it & why it needed to be turned off due to it being hazardous and what to do going forward. Our system was 22 years old and it was leaking on the inside & was very rusted. I really appreciate his professionalism & expertise!
