My salesperson measured our home to determine the proper unit size while others just quoted what we had now. He also was the only one to come up with a solution to move our thermostat from one end of the house to the center to provide a more uniform temperature on the bottom floor.

I've been doing business with Academy air for a number of years now. They were referred to me by a neighbor. After 3-4 years of servicing my old furnace and air conditioner, it was time to get a new air-conditioning system. Academy air presented their proposal and plans, explained everything in detail and offered a fair price along with a 12 year warrenty. They politely following up before and after the installation with annual checks on both the furnace and new air-conditioner. These guys are the Chick-fil-A of heating and cooling. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
