I phoned the company at about 9:45 AM and the heat was working by noon. I like that a lot. James was helpful in replacing the part that failed, and in pointing out that another was ready to go. Both were replaced in the same morning, and the furnace is back up and running. I'm not real sure on how to rate the price as my furnace fails so infrequently that I don't have a real point of comparison. It wasn't crazy expensive though. Hooray!
James was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did a great job. He let me know what else needed to be done to increase the efficiency of my air conditioner. He also understood and did not pressure me when I told him I could not afford it at this time. I have used Access for my heating and air conditioning service for many years and have always been satisfied with their customer service and quality of service.

Diagnosed System and found issue with the water heater. Gas valve is faulty. Age and cost of repairs-recommended replacement of water heater for better reliability and operation. Paid half down, remainder upon completion.

Completed inspection of current humidifier. Found unit disconnected and shut down. Activated unit and unit still unoperable without major repairs. Informed customer and he decided to install steam humidifier.

Heating system maintenance and service. Installed new air filter. System is now running properly and ready for winter operation. Will be back to service the air conditioner in the spring 2019
Completed furnace maintenance and renewed basic maintenance plan. Noticed condensate collector box becoming plugged with dirt, cleaned and verified proper operation. All components are working properly at this time.
