The service we received and have received on previous occasions was excellent. Our only issues were the one day delay in the heater installation, the heater install being 10 to 12 AM not 8 to 10 AM as advised and the absence of a return visit to check the AC thermostat as arranged.

Service people showed up on time. They kept me informed as to what they were checking and what the results were. They also let me know what to look out for, such as a condenser which was rated higher than normal. Good overall experience. Would recommend Ace for servicing your AC.
