Joe was really awesome. He came out and explained what he would be doing for our AC Tune Up. Towards the end, we had an issue where water was leaking into the basement from the use of the outside faucet (unrelated to the service Joe was providing!). While we worked to clean up the water in the basement, he was helping us to wipe things down with towels, which was very nice! He also answered all of our questions and gave us great information on additional services we will schedule for our fireplace and air ducts. 100% recommend Adkisson and Joe!
