Brad called before service, told me the time of his arrival. Brad arrived the time he said, nice greeting at the door. Proceed to the furnace area, asked me if I had any questions, and how the furnace was working. Once we talked for a moment. Brad went right to work. He was finished with the task in a timely manner, updated me on his service call. A cordial goodbye on his way to the next job. Thanks Brad for being a excellent representative of your company.
