Initially I thought my appointment was forgotten about as I have said this back in September and had it set on my calendar for 10:00 AM and no confirmation phone call was received. However, Kevin showed up at 11:00 apologized for not receiving a call (which is 1000% no fault of his). Kevin proceeded to clean and inspect my fireplace he was extremely polite thorough and detail oriented. He answered all of my questions and concerns informed me things I did not know about my fireplace and all around just did a really really wonderful job. Due to The quality of Kevin’s service and polite professional manner we will continue to us him for any heating and cooling needs, he is definitely the reason behind the 5 star review!
