Upon arrival client stated that water was coming out of the unit onto the floor. I tested the drain line and there was a minor blockage causing the water to back up into the unit. I removed the blockage and the water was drain properly. I then investigated why the float switch did not engage when the water backed up. I found that the float switch head was none operational. I presented the client with the issue and she elected to have the head changed out to a new one. I installed the new float switch head and tested it. The float switch is now working properly. Unit was cooling upon departure
