Preformed dryer vent cleaning and changed out 60 amp breaker on air handler. Presented before and after photos to client. Client was satisfied with results. Preformed heating maintenance on a single system heat pump 2019. Tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I tested all electrical components on the outside unit. All electrical components tested within manufacturer specifications. When I tested the breaker to turn off the air handler I found that it was faulty. When turning it back on it wouldn’t send power to the unit, unless I pressed the on handled more. This was not allowing it to make a good connection. Homeowner elected to have it replaced. Unit was heating upon departure. 2 POLE CIRCUIT BREAKER 35 - 60 AMP BREAKERS FAIL IF OVERHEATED OR REPEATEDLY FLIPPED AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. MOST BREAKERS ARE NOT UNIVERSAL AND MIGHT NEED TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED, DEPENDING ON THE PANEL. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY INCUR AN ADDED CHA
