New Home HVAC Installation for new homeowner.
Cooling AC system repair Found capacitor week on blower motor tested at a 10 rated at a 12.5. Found condensing coil of hail damage and missing pins in lower corner. Disconnect is old and has non-watertight flex going from disconnect to condenser and is pulled out of disconnect. Condensing unit is old and smashed up to a newer version evaporator coil will not perform right. Would recommend upgrading condenser and possibly entire system. Evaporator drain line also has water leak at fitting to evaporator drain pan.
