Zach was very friendly despite the after hours call and the furnace being located outside. It didn't take him long to concur with my suspicion of a faulty motor which was replaced 4 years ago. He called the next morning to let me know when he'd arrive and it didn't take him long to replace the motor. The initial callback was less than 2 minutes after I talked to their answering service. Excellent experience despite our disappointment with the short life of the previous motor. Thanks!

As always Advance service tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Michael arrived on time, the courtesy text and email were appreciated. Michael immediate donned the signature protective foot ware, greeted my dog, and set about checking my furnace. I had my furnace tuned up and Shawn went through the hole furnace. He found some problems and came to me and ask me what I wanted to do and showed me what was wrong and gave me the price it was going to cost before he fixed it. I told him go ahead and fix it, he fixed it and gave me a bill the same as what he quoted and I paid him. Awesome job....

Preformed a A/C tune up on a advance System found everything within specs so I could unit running properly upon completion
Customer called in regarding a furnace not working properly, technicians found a dirty air filter tripping the limit switch, filter was replaced and after this heating repair the unit was running well.
Furnace heating unit not working properly, upon inspection the flame sensor was dirty, after removing it and cleaning it the necessary heating repairs were successful and the unit began heating properly.
Service call on a Lennox furnace heating system found flame sensor reading low .3adc pulled and cleaned the flame sensor rechecked flame sensor 6.7adc cycled unit running properly upon completion of heating repair.
Service call on a carrier furnace heating system found that the blower capacitor was damaged causing the unit to overheat. Replaced blower capacitor cycled unit running properly upon completion of heating repairs.
Service call on a Comfortmaker system I found that the inducer assembly was damaged, replaced inducer assembly cycled unit running properly upon completion of all needed heating repairs.
