Heat goes out, landlord suggests Aido, I call, and they're here in the same day. The part needed was a bit rare for the area so it needed to be ordered in, not much that can be done about this I suppose, and so heat was fixed after a 4 day wait (including the weekend). The tech, Kyle, was friendly and respectful - a great person and technician all around.

I was called to repair a water softener in Guelph. The customer had been experiencing issues with their water, such as cloudy water and a foul smell. After inspecting the system, I determined that the water softener needed to be replaced. I replaced the old water softener with a new one and made sure that it was properly installed and configured. The customer was very happy with the results and thanked me for my help.

Replaced gas valve. Confirmed burner ignition and blower fan running. Let unit go through startup to ignition cycle four times to ensure the furnace is running properly. Furnace filter was very dirty, tenant was advised to change it to prevent overheating.
