I appreciate Joe and the electrician Heath being able to come out here right away today to relocate and reinstall my existing a/c unit after the horrible experience I had with another company. The pricing was much closer to my expectations although a bit higher than I originally wanted. But, the convenience, efficiency, and excellent customer service made that bearable. My house is now cool with the heat wave that has just started. Thank you! While I would have appreciated a bit better of a clean-up job (there’s still some debris on the floor and a couple scraps outside), it’s nothing I can’t do quickly myself. Again, I’m very thankful that they could come today after only speaking to Joe yesterday late afternoon. He definitely saved me money and from melting during this new heat wave!
