I was very impressed of the time of response, very fast! Chris was a very nice technician, it didn't took him long to figured out what was wrong w/the unit, he fixed it very quick and I am very happy to have cool air agan!! Thanks PS: my unit still under warranty, so I can't coment about the pricing.
