Great service for outside air conditioner but unable to do adequate job on attic air handler as it was too hot in the attic.

Knowing this job had an attic air handler it should have been rescheduled for a cooler day ( it was 86 outside and probably over 120 in the attic). Should have been 2 people with it being an air handler in case whoever goes into attic passes out from the heat. I have always had 2 guys come out with other companies and they told me that was the reason. Now I don't know what kind of shape my 19 year old air handler is in and I paid for service but only got 1/2 the job done. The worker was very friendly and apologetic but I know my unit doesn't have many years left so was disappointed at not being able to get thorough job done.
