Our air unit went out on a very hot and humid day. I have heart and breathing problems which are especially active in humid conditions which makes breathing difficult. We called Air Doctor near their normal closing time and explained our problem. They were very patient with us and offered to try to remedy the problem over the phone. We tried their suggestions but nothing worked. They checked their schedule for the next day and they were full but they squeezed us in. They came the next day as promised. Two tech’s came and had some trouble finding the problem but they were persistent and after a couple of calls and persistence got our system working. Thanks guys for your persistence and squeezing is into your busy schedule.

Oil furnace not working on arrival to customer’s house. After deep inspection the oil nozzle was dirty and clogged up not allowing oil to spray across igniter for furnace to run. Replaced oil nozzle with new one and furnace started right up with no complications. System heating on departure.

Customer’s heat pump not functioning. A power outage took out the DC voltage of system and wouldn’t cool the house. Reset power to system and fired up after time delay. No other issues discovered system cooling on departure.
