Customer’s rectangular stainless shower cover and drain were clogged. Technicians were unable to safely remove shower cover without damaging it and having to retire it. Instead nitrogen and water were used to push obstruction. Hot water was also used to clear soap and other residue and drain and drain is working properly now.
