Everton from Air Magic comes twice per year to service and maintain our HVAC system. His visits are less like a service provider and more like a beloved relative. He is very thorough, extremely polite, inspires trust, explains his procedures, and refers to a baseline on system performance which he has developed from previous visits. I can't imagine anybody I would trust more with the care of my system.
