During the week of August 21 (outside temps above 100 daily), we noticed an electrical smell from the vents with the AC on, called Airmasters on Sunday afternoon and Brandon was here on Monday. Quickly diagnosed the problem as the bearing in the blower motor had gone bad, causing motor to overheat. Placed motor and control board on order. Unfortunately, American Standard took 4 days to get the parts to Airmasters but Gavin stayed in touch throughout the week and set Brandon to come out Saturday morning to install. Happy with service from Brandon and Airmasters, am not happy with American Standard or its parts support.

Chris came out to check my outside compressor for a loud noise I was hearing from the unit. Did a thorough check but could not find a problem. Was on time, thorough, friendly and documented the problem in case it turns into something bigger.
This spring in particular was a challenge in getting the appointment set. It was rescheduled two times due to the weather and in both cases, I had to initiate the conversation with the office, they did not contact me first. Good service by the technician.
Had our spring tune up on the AC. As always the technician was on time, professional and did a great job. He found a failed component but luckily it was covered under warranty.
Jason was on time, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. He didn't have a "hurry up attitude", rather he took his time to get the job done right the first time and he also carried on conversations with me. Jason is a great professional and is a key player in what makes AirMasters a great, reliable company
