Diagnosed system found the heat kit element failed to operate. Need to order 5kw heat element. Checked motors, static pressure seems within specifications.
Replaced the drain line from the air handler to the communal drain connection. Cleaned and flushed the drain line, primed the trap, and operated the system until it drained on its own.
Arrived to do a maintenance on a York system vertical in closet. I cleaned and flushed the drain line with water and cleaner. I checked the electrical system. I checked the filter, 20x20x1, owner changed last week. They have their own filters. Client declined all recommendations at this time. The system is working great at this time. No heat service call performed today. Checked system operations, tightened electrical connections. Breaker at disconnect failed. Replaced breaker with amp draws within range. System operations normal.
Upon arrival found breaker tripped. Turned the breaker back on and the system started working. Recommended to replace disconnect box. Customer will wait to see if it’ll happens again
