Routine maintenance this time but explanations about findings and recommendations help make decisions easier. Not the cheapest visit today but hopefully equipment will last longer as a result.

Not satisfy

You technician was courteous and helpful. I am surprised that I had to pay for labor when I have a contract with you. What is that contract for? I was thinking of upgrade my plan, but forget it. if each time I call I have to pay arm and a leg. The air conditioner was serviced Saturday and today , five days later , it went bad and I am charged for labor. Not good....

No Cool service call performed today. Checked system operations, blower motor stuck running, checked voltage between common and fan with 28v active, removed stat from wall and tested voltage again, 0v active. Thermostat will need to be replaced. Client stated he will replace thermostat himself.

ESA 1-2 x2 systems maintenance performed today. Client doesn’t want to proceed with any recommendations as of today. Checked system operations, tightened electrical connections, amp draws within range, air filter to be replaced by client, installing a UV Lamp helps to reduce biological growth in the air handler, drain pan treatment helps to reduce slime build up once the drain line is cleaned out thoroughly, rinsed/deodorized indoor coils, flushed drain line with green cleaner, water and pulled vacuum. Client is aware the ductwork needs some improvements for optimal cooling in the guest side of the home. System operations normal.

Diagnosed system found thermostat set to heat but was cooling at the same time and filter needed changed. Reset thermostat and programmed, system had a 5kw heat element. After programmed thermostat the heat started heating properly and cooling. System is working fine at this time.

Arrived to do a maintenance on a Bryant system vertical in closet. I cleaned and flushed the drain line with water and cleaner. I checked the electrical system. I changed the filter, 20x20x4, owner has there own filters. I recommended the following to keep the system running almost like new: The surge protector is to keep from burning up the board or electrical on the condenser. If you get high power surges or lightning strikes in the area it may burn up the electrical on the condenser. The freeze protector is to keep from freezing up the coil in the air handler. If the blower fails or no air flow over the coils it will freeze the coil in the air handler. The pan treatment is to keep the algae out of the drain line and pan. The Uv light is to keep the biological growth out of the air handler. And the air that you breath every day. The system is working great at this time. Thanks for using air now for all your air conditioning needs. Arrived to do a maintenance on a Bryant
