I think he did a good job But I have a real problem with the information he gave me about static or whatever. I am not happy to hear that after spending 14,000.00 plus that you did not install the proper ducts or whatever, I also noticed that I was told a wifi thermostat was going to be installed and it was not done Now I am wondering what else you didn't do I am not going to rate him because he didn't sell me the system and I don't think he installed the system so he was not the one that didn't install the new thermostat and not the one that didn't have the proper duck work installed. I have gone from being very positive about the company to vary unsure about the company I am extremely upset and disappointed Loren Hoch

Arrived to a maintenance on 2mini split systems. Gree system is for the office and the LG is for the main house. I cleaned and flushed the evaporator coils with clear and water, flushed the drain lines with cleaner and water. The systems are working great at this time. Thanks for using air now for all your air conditioning needs. Tim would like Daniel to text him tomorrow as far as the renewal’s on the contracts. He has questions on the monthly plans. Arrived to do a maintenance on a carrier system vertical in closet. I cleaned and flushed the drain line with cleaner and water. I replaced the pan treatment in the drain pan per plan. I checked the electrical system. I changed the filter, 12x24x1, the uv light needs to be moved up in the coil or in the cabinet of air handler. It’s eating the filter. Needs to be ten inches from the filter. The duct work is old and the insulation on the ducts is flaking off and is loosing the r value. Walked through the firmware updates with Thomas and calibrated the temperature readings on the wall remotes. The units are operating normally. ESA 1-2 x2 performed today, checked system operations, tightened electrical connections, flushed drain lines and pulled vacuum, rinsed outdoor coils, LGVM monitoring with system operations normal
Diagnosed system found the blower motor failed to run. Replaced blower motor and the system started to runs. The heat and cool operating normal at this time
