I was charged a diagnostic fee of $99 and the explanation on invoice says they couldn’t find a diagnosis. Bottom line, I know NOTHING new after the diagnostic charge than I did before, other than it cost me $99 to be told your diagnosis is that you have no diagnosis. Bizarre.

Upon arrival found the breaker near the package unit tripped. Checked the wire found one leg was loose could possibly cause the breaker to tripped while running on heat. Fixed the wire, flipped the breaker back on and system came on. Checked the heat and cool system is operational and working fine at this time.
