This is really a mixed review... I found Frank to be honest, fair and accountable and would do business with him again. However, the job that was suppose to take 2 days to finish, took 9 days, the installer and Frank were not on the same page in their communications and when the installer finished the job, he left without checking to see if it worked properly. When I went to use the air conditioning two days later, it didn't work. Frank had a technician come that very day and rewired the system to work properly. He was terrific! The new system replaced 3 gas wall heaters that the installer removed but he took them out of my home without my knowledge. He never brought them back. When I complained to Frank he fairly compensated me for them and apologized that the installer did not check with me before taking them. I requested that the furnace be placed in my crawl space instead of the attic to decrease noise, but the installer put it in the attic anyway. Bottom line, the products are great, the installation was skillfully done and the system, even if noisier than it would have otherwise been, works great, and for the right price; and Frank is a great guy, so if you can put up with the inconvenience and frustrations, you will get a nice central heat and air system in the end.
