Called Air-Tech in Pasadena a few years ago for information and a quote on a Mitsubishi ductless air cooling and heating system. We were very impressed but weren't ready to invest in it at that time. Fast forward to Spring 2015. We called Air-Tech to come out again to discuss the system. In a short time, we purchased the system and it was installed. Every employee of Air-Tech that we have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very skilled. We couldn't be happier with our new "cool air"! When we had one small issue with the unit, they sent out a technician right away to take care of it, no charge. We would definitely recommend Air-Tech!
