I was very pleased with my service from Air Tek. Robin from Customer Service was friendly and called me multiple times to keep me in the loop for my service appointment and scheduled the service during my availability. Doug came out bright and early on a Saturday morning. He needed to order a part but he was able to get my heater to work in the meantime. He came back out late on a Thursday evening. I was impressed that he worked such long hours and still had a happy and friendly demeanor and a good work ethic. I was glad that he was the same service representative who came out. He installed the part and stayed after to answer additional questions that I had. I was only charged for his intiail service/inspection. I would highly recommend this company, and ask for Doug!
