Ray was quick and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the office not at least giving me a courtesy call to let me know they were behind schedule, I could have went somewhere cooler instead of waiting in my 98 degrees home. I had a 12-2 appointment and had to call in to get eta when that time passed. So Ray didn’t make it until after 5. He was up beat, nice and felt how hot it was and changed my mood quick so I would surely use the company again.
