Service Technician Landon proved to be very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered every one of our questions in an attempt to solve a very perplexing problem and very quickly installed a new compressor.. Although a vacuum problem persisted, He left our home saying I want you to have air and I will be back tomorrow. He got the air going until he returned with Service Tecnician Hunter, who proved to be equally as courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They left with the A/C unit doing well. Saturday morning the unit blew hot air and it was determined immediately by your top notch service technician, Ken, that a wire had shorted out again.. Ken thoroughly checked the unit out both upstairs and outside and said we are "good to go" . We were impressed with the persistence of these three A/C pros in solving the problem and also in their very, very quick response time. My wife and I are very impressed with the super service, across the board courtesy and desire to ensure we were 100% satisfied.
