Technician (Casey) arrived within a couple of hours of our request and immediately knew what the issue was. Within minutes, our unit was up and cooling again. Not satisfied with the air temp the unit was pushing out, Casey inspected further and discovered an issue. He returned early the next morning (Saturday) with the replacement part and completes the repair. Our unit is pushing out cold air and we couldn't be happier with the service. Very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Casey. We made the right decision choosing AirNow!!!
