When our thermostat went out this morning, we decided to call AirNow for help. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and courteous with a clear, easy-to-understand voice. The technician arrived in a timely manner and called to let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional. He clearly explained the problem, assessment and recommendations. I had no idea what to expect cost-wise, but everything seemed reasonable. If today's visit is any indication, then AirNow is an excellent company with fantastic employees!
