Ken was very thorough and professional. He had a trainee with him but was helpful in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Replaced a malfuncoining thermostat explaining that it had been recalled two years ago and was under warranty. The previous technician told me that if it was bad I would have to buy a new one. More of your technicians should have the same attitude as Ken. Especially with customers who are paying for a maintenance contact. Very pleasing experience even though I needed to replace the unit. You need more like Ken
