Casey showed me and explained a couple of things about the system while servicing the unit. He went outside to the compressor. He came and got me. He explained the problem by comparing the numbers on the unit and the voltage to what the numbers should actually be. I was very impressed by this. He showed me what could and would happen. I immediately told him to fix it. He did a great job of showing me what needed to be down. When he said what he said, I already knew too much power would cause a problem with the compressor. My husband is in and out of his truck all day long and during the summer, he wants the house cool at night. We like to support local businesses and used Rambo Hearing and Air until they closed. We have used Air Now before and will continue to do so. Very impressed with Casey and his way of not only explaining problem, but showing me. Thank you! I called my husband after telling Casey to please fix today. My husband was appreciative of Casey showing me.
