Both Ken and Tim came by the house to try and solve an ongoing problem. They worked together to solve it and stayed with it until everything was solved and we're very detailed in how everything was done. They left everything clean and neat and the system works wonderfully now that all the work is completed. They were polite and respectful and worked around my schedule.
