First I apologize for the timeframe in getting this survey completed. I'm am pleased and have no issues with the technicians or people in the office. What I do have is heartburn over the fact that no sooner than the unit goes out of warranty, a major repair now needs to take place with the coil due to leakage from the Mfg design. A lot of money was spent to put this system in and now I am hit with another major expense that needs to be added. I'm not sure what else I can say other than how disappointed I have with this particular brand.
