I decided to run my air system after a long cool spell. It had just been serviced by 2 technicians in early March and I felt confident that all was well. Late Saturday evening, I noticed water dripping through my kitchen ceiling, just below the location of my AC unit. Apparently, the drain pipe connection had not been properly glued and water was leaking from the unit, onto the attic floor and draining through my ceiling. Technician Cory came by late that evening and immediately reconnected the drain and properly glued it into position. I give Cory top ratings for his service and knowledge: however: I cannot give the same accolades to the previous team of techs.
