I was very happy with the service I received on Christmas day. The tech was there when he said he would be. Very friendly and provided a detailed explanation. Worked quickly to get everything going in time for our guests to arrive. Great Job! I do have one concern though. The repair seemed to be something that would have been caught on a furnace tune-up and since I am on the club plan I thought I was suppose to have a tune-up each fall before the heating season. Had that been done this problem may not have happened on Christmas Day and cost me as much money.
