Brian was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, very professional. Very caring about the service that they give. He took the time to talk about what to watch for, point out a small area (my dryer vent) that I should consider cleaning, but was not trying to sell me anything. Discussed the Club member plans they had. Careful not to track stuff in my house with plastic booties. Was awesome to hear that they are constantly continuing training with their technicians. Brian even took the time to discuss topics about my furnace as well as my water heater (which was being tuned up) in a way that most people could understand. It wasn't just technical jargon. Thanks Brian!!
