As usual your guy was professional and worked efficiently and well to inspect my stuff and give me a thumbs up. The timing did not work out well, which I do not hold against the individual, rather, the company needs to staff properly so an 11 to 1 appointment slot is not only hit, but, ENDED by 1, but at least STARTED by then. There is ZERO excuse to miss such windows. Send out people appropriate to the load. My rating here reflects being scheduled for a time and being totally inconvenienced by having it not even start on time. You guys have to make that better.
