Service technician was excellent, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I still wonder why the part was so expensive, especially when I saw them on-line for a fraction of the cost; Flame sensors on line appeared to be $25-$50, but I was charged $160 for the part. Removing the defective part and installing the new one took about 15 minutes, so it was not a labor intensive process.

Water heater diagnostic at my Plymouth customers house. This system is leaking from the inner tank and must be replaced. Install is set up for Wednesday morning. Happy customer.
