We asked for help with dirty ducts after having housed several parrots with their owner for 9 months. They have a lot of feathers and dander and create a large amount of dust. Joe and Luke were punctual, friendly and knowledable and answered a few furnace questions that weren't directly duct related. We were happy with the fast and efficient service

I felt the service was good, but the communication with the office was poor. Appointment was set for 2-4pm technician didn't show up till 5:30pm with out a call from the office letting me know. Not cool

I had an emergency furnace ituation & James showed up ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of options for address. After I chose a direction he left to get the parts, installed a temporary fix and made a same day appointment for me to meet with a project director to discuss next steps. He was kind, thorough and neat.
