I received a call from a customer who reported that their power was out. I arrived at the customer's home and found that the power was out in the entire neighborhood. I checked the main power box and found that the power line had been damaged. I called the power company and reported the issue. The power company sent a crew to repair the power line. After the power was restored, I checked the customer's electrical system and found that the service disconnect had been knocked off the wall. I reattached the service disconnect and tested the electrical system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very grateful for the quick and efficient service.
