Called to give Appropriate arrival time. Arrived shortly after. Had an apprentice tech with him. Both nice. Went to work quickly. We’re neat and quiet. Cleaned both units, explained various options that were needed. Then proceeded with selected repairs . Showed us how to set system for summer and winter conditions. And reset the clock. All in all a good service call.
