Roque was a very pleasant person and very professional. We checked my two AC units and heater system. He carefully explaine to me everything that was good and d everything that needs repairs . He estimated prices and also explained the advantages of having a membership. He did not try to find a lot of things wrong or overcharge me. I was very happy with the service and definitely will fix few things that he recommend to be done with Alaska.
