He found no problem other than two filters that needed changing. Went outside and was off the blower. Need to tell your schedulers to allow more time to get to Ajo. It took him 90 minutes longer than anticipated after meeting. Other than that he was clean, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you and your crews.

Everything seems to be working fine the unit is in great condition the only thing I recommend to the customer is getting a surge protector for the system because she says when it rains the power goes out where she lives
