He replaced a part at my request because it was rusted and old and I felt I got my service from this part especially with the heat of summer is just around the corner. For this job, I’m performing maintenance inspection upon two carrier split AC systems
Technician is performing maintenance on a Rheem and American Standard air conditioner
Technician is performing service on a Trane gas package unit
Technician is performing a 33 point inspection and maintenance on a package Trane unit. Initial readings on refrigerant. It seems low.. The unit is vibrating, pretty harsh all together. Lots of vibration noises. The blower wheel area has a lot of mold on it, and the blower wheel has mold on it as well. The units electrical side is reading within spec at this time. A part of the shell was blocking my access to check the ductwork. Customer does have an air scrubber installed, and a hard start.
