I was a little surprised by the expense of the repairs. However, the gentleman that came out and provided service was fantastic. He was very personable, professional, and helpful overall. It does appear our problem is resolved, and my two air conditioner units are now functioning appropriately. But there was for sure a little bit of sticker shock when the price came down. But the gentleman who helped was not responsible for any of that and he was making sure I was not overcharged as well. I was very grateful for him.

Roque came within the appointed time and showed me how to do the reset indicated in our Lennox manual. He was very helpful and got our A/C up and running again on the first ‘fix’!

By the time my job was completed,it was 7-8 hours after the time the job began. This was just part of my maintenance agreement for a 6 month visit. At 10:00 temperature in my home was 77, 5:00 temperature was 86 degrees. He came back at 4:50 , 5:25 called Aurturo,he arrived at 6:00 and fixed the problem. By the time all work was completed it was 88 degrees in my home.Finally work was completed by Aurturo to my satisfaction. This is the first time in all the years I have had AA that I have had an issuer such as this. .

Anthony arrived at the early part of the window given to us which we appreciated since our AC unit was not working and it was becoming quite uncomfortable in the house. He immediately checked things out, diagnosed and replaced the part that was necessary to resume proper functioning of the AC unit. He was very polite and explained what and why the part failed and assured us all was in good working order! Excellent service by a competent technician!
