Anthony was on time and introduced himself. Asked what the issue was and inspected the units on the roof. He gave relevant information about the conditions of the units and noted our one-year maintenance purchase (which I later cancelled). The rep I talked with on the phone, regarding cancelling, was also helpful and professional. All in all a good experience.
